With Valentine’s Day arriving on Monday this year, I know a lot of married couples are celebrating this weekend, instead of trying to juggle a weekday date night. In fact, my husband and I just had a great day date and plan to have a simple evening at home of Monday. To some this may sound boring- but trust me, if done correctly, you can still find ways to add romance and a little spark to these at home celebrations. If you need a refresh on the art of flirting like you did when you were dating your spouse, this book is for you. Read on to learn about The Flirtation Experiment and how to win a copy.

The Flirtation Experient- Putting Magic, Mystery and Spark into your everyday marriage:
From popular Christian voices Lisa Jacobson and Phylicia Masonheimer, The Flirtation Experiment inspires you to strengthen your marriage with a fun, unexpected approach that leads to the depth, richness, and closeness you desire.
According to Lisa and Phylicia, romance novels, Hallmark movies, the immense a deep, unsatisfied longing that can be found in many marriages, but does it have to be that way? Is it possible that the best marriage has to offer can grow, rather than fade after you say I do? They say absolutely yes!
Wait you want me to Flirt?
That’s what I thought when I first got the email about reviewing this book. I’ve never been called a flirt and I think that’s a compliment! When I was in high school and college, there was always those girls that flirted with every male, all the time. It didn’t matter who they were, those girls flirted, and didn’t respect boundaries. Some of those unpleasant sweet antics would have me and my friends rolling our eyes. I decided to review this book out of curiosity. I wanted to learn what these ladies considered “flirting” and yes, I figured I’d have a few eyes rolls while reading this book and I wasn’t wrong.
What I learned:
What I did learn while reading this book was that some of the ideas that were mentioned in this book I already do on the daily! I know my husbands love language, I talk with touch, I kiss first and/or always welcome his kiss, I actively listen when he shares things with me, I seek time with him while also giving him space, I compliment him, I could go on, but the gist is- I learned I’m pretty good at flirting with my husband and I plan to make small tweaks to what I’m doing, so I can add more magic, mystery and spark in my everyday marriage.
The Takeaway:
After reading The Flirtation Experiment, wives will...
- Be filled with hope and encouragement for how they can make a powerful
positive change in their marriages
- Become empowered to pursue their husbands romantically
understand the Bible invites women to be proactive in their marriages
- Be motivated to consistently love in creative ways
- Forge closeness and intimacy in their marriages.
