From high-end steakhouses to doughnut shops, several have already rolled out their menus and special items for the holiday, which falls on Tuesday, Feb. 14.

Chick-fil-A: The chicken sandwich chain will be serving items such as chicken nuggets, Chick-n-Minis, chocolate chip cookies and brownies in heart-shaped trays until Feb. 25 or while supplies last, according to a news release. The option is available when ordering online. chick-fil-a.com
Dunkin’: In addition to heart-shaped, cream-filled doughnuts, the hot coffee chain is offering a members-only Brownie Batter Signature Latte to be ordered on its app. In addition, it is partnering with Frankford Candy on doughnut-flavored chocolates and iced coffee-flavored jelly hearts to be sold in stores. dunkindonuts.com
