Boil water in a saucepan to cook the Japanese style somen noodles (cook 3-4 minutes, when the pot boils over, add some cold water 1-2 times).
Strain noodles and add some sesame oil to prevent them from sticking together.
Chop green onions. Set noodles side.
Once fish is cooked, boil a medium sized pot of water and add 2 spoonfuls of miso. Stir / break down the miso through a strainer.
Add fish to pot of miso soup + the ginger.
Keep pot on high heat until it starts to boil – then add some cooking wine. After it starts to boil, turn off the heat – the soup is done!
