Green Sauce

Ingredients:

1 bunch of parsley
1 bunch of dill
1 bunch of basil
1 bunch of cilantro
Handful of mint leaves
1-2 tsp lime juice
Zest of ½ lemon
1 tsp kosher salt
¼ cup olive oil (maybe more or less)

Mix everything in a food processor. These ingredient amounts are a little vague and may need to be adjusted while you make it. Always taste and adjust as you go!
This sauce can be used for whatever you like. Put it over meat, fish, or vegetables. Add it to yogurt or sour cream for a dip. Or spread it over bread! Put it in a sandwich. It is so fresh tasting and will add flavor to any dish.
