This pressure cooker is amazing. Just learn how to use it and you’re good to go. Don’t beat yourself up about it. It cuts time by more than half literally…never burning or even overcooking. If anything I have actually overcooked my steak badly and was about to toss it. However, I remembered the pressure cooker so I tossed it in there for about 15 minutes after cutting it into pieces. It was so tender I ended up making beef stroganoff. That was my first time making that too. My family absolutely loved it, and now requests for me to make it.

Since my first purchase, I have made an additional 5 purchases and given them as gifts. Also, I only purchase them when they are on sale and now they have more sizes; 6, 8, & 10 quarts. I don’t get the warranty simply because it lasts more than 3 years already AND because I can just purchase the latest and greatest the following year on sale; which is close to the warranty price.
