Picked up some really nice looking Halibut at Whole Foods and found a great recipe
 (link below) that really came out great.  Absolutely delicious meal.  Pretty much followed the recipe but added some of my own touches.  For the Potatoes, I did the Mashed with Truffle, Parmesan Cheese, Butter and Creme Fraiche.  I placed Sautéed Spinach with Butter and Garlic on top of the Potatoes but you cannot see them here because the fish is covering up.  Pan Seared the Halibut with Butter, Thyme and Garlic.  Topped with Poached Egg and a Lemon Buerre Blanc sauce.  This was an amazing restaurant quality dinner at home.
