I am trying to prepare fish in different ways, because my son loves fish. And he wants to try new recipes. This is the latest one – bake fish fillets (I used 12 tilapia fillets) in pesto sauce. And since we eat vegan this week, we replaced the cheese from the pesto with nutritional yeast. Still good, and my son was happy. Mission accomplished! This was the final result:
